All products sold in this store are manufactured and shipped by our trusted production and fulfillment partner, Printify, on a print-on-demand basis.

For this reason, all inquiries related to product manufacturing, shipping, delivery status, damage, defects, returns, and refunds are handled directly by Printify’s official customer support team.

Printify has direct access to order details, tracking information, and production records, allowing them to provide the fastest and most accurate assistance.

Eligible Cases for Returns or Refunds

According to Printify’s return policy, support is provided in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect

  • The wrong item was received

In such cases, Printify will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please contact Printify as soon as possible after receiving your order.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Customer preference or change of mind

  • Size issues or incorrect size selection

  • Differences between expectations and the actual product

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

If an exchange is applicable, Printify’s customer support will provide direct instructions.
Depending on the situation, a replacement or reprint may be offered.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

ご注文確定後、製造工程に入った商品につきましては、
生産開始後のキャンセルはお受けできかねます。何卒ご理解ください。

■ 返品・返金・交換について
お客様都合による返品・返金・商品の交換は、原則として承っておりません。
万一、商品に不備・破損・印刷不良等がございました場合は、

■ 日本からご購入のお客様へ(送料・関税について)
当ショップの商品は、アメリカの生産工場にて製造・発送されます。
そのため、日本からご購入の場合、国際送料が発生いたします。
